Shipping Policy
Every missa frame is made to order, by hand, so please read the timelines below. They're a little different from a ready-stock store, because your piece is made fresh for you.
Order processing and making time
Each frame is printed, assembled, and quality-checked by hand after you order. This takes [5 to 7] working days before your piece is ready to ship. If we're running a little behind during a busy or festive period, we'll let you know.
If your order needs your photographs and we haven't received them yet, your making time begins once your photos reach us. The sooner you share them, the sooner we start.
Dispatch and delivery
Once your frame is ready, it's dispatched and typically delivered within [3 to 5] working days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote pincodes may take a little longer.
Total time from order to doorstep is generally [8 to 12] working days.
Where we ship
We ship across India. At the moment we do not offer international shipping. [Remove this line if you do.]
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹1490. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send your tracking details on [WhatsApp / email] so you can follow it to your door.
Safe, careful packing
Your frame is made with real glass, so we pack every piece carefully, wrapped and boxed to travel safely. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right, see our returns policy.
Delays beyond our control
Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery timelines are in their hands. Weather, festivals, strikes, or remote locations can occasionally cause delays. We'll always help you track and follow up, but these delays are beyond our control.
